The weather forecast for this weekend is improving, but could still turn on us. I believe in running an event, rain or shine, as long as its safe, so, today the plan is “let’s do this thing!” However, if the forecast becomes all stinky, here’s the plan:
If Saturday’s weather looks untenable, I’ll post a postponement on RMSolo.org and on RMSolo’s Facebook page no later than noon Friday.
If we run Saturday, but Sunday’s weather looks unsafe, I’ll make an announcement as early as possible at the event on Saturday. I’ll also post on RMSolo.org and on RMSolo’s FB page.
If we have to cancel either day (or both), I have tentatively reserved next Saturday, October 13, as a makeup day. If necessary, I’ll post plans Monday for the makeup.
Be on the lookout for communications that could affect your travel plans before you leave for PPIR. In the meantime, gird your loins and prepare tear it up at PPIR this weekend. We’re Colorado—and we’re hardy. Thanks!
