Our friends at VETMotorsports have asked for our help embedding wounded veterans with Ducat’s Pikes Peak Hill Climb team:
VETMotorsports will assist Team Spider Grip’s Ducati’s effort at the 2018 Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, June 17-24, 2018. VETMotorsports two-wheel non-clinical outreach program will be engaging veterans with service-connected injuries as embedded pit crew members within the team. Veteran participants will be be challenged, physically and mentally, engaging and operating in a team environment.
VETMotorsports is a non-clinical outreach program that honors and empowers injured veterans through active participation in motorsports. The four-year-old organization has already helped more than 190 injured warfighters participate in motorcycle and auto racing events across the United States. In 2018 VETMotorsports will be promoting veteran opportunities nationwide.
