My Audi TT has two intercoolers. According STH rules I can add an intercooler. The rules also say that Boost Pipes may not be altered. My question is can I alter the connecting tube between the two intercoolers while leaving manifold and turbo pipes OEM? The intercooler I would like fits between the two intercoolers behind the bumper. No modification of trim or structure necessary. Wondering in changing the connecting tube is ok or is it considered a “boost” tube also? Two intercoolers…weird I guess.
