I bought these from Dave Montgomery a little over a year ago, and decided recently to move to some kind of street class, so won’t be needing these any more! Selling for the same $1000, they’ve been in bags in my basement for the duration. Tires are currently in Colorado Springs, CO – pick them up or pay shipping, either way.

I’m selling a brand new set of 16″ Avon A11 Race Slicks, stored in bags in my basement. These are about $1700 new from Roger Kraus Racing. I’ll let them go for $1000. These are the same tires that Tom O’Gorman and I used from 2013 to mid-2015 with great success on the FP Porsche 914/6 including back to back 2013 and 2014 FP National Championships. I think we were both top 10 or top 12 overall PAX both years, so definitely a fast tire. I have since started using the Hoosier R75A, more for feel than for overall speed (the Avon is a bias ply construction). I think the Avon is just as fast and doesn’t require any temperature to work properly. I ran a slightly staggered tire setup, but both front and rear on 16×10’s.
