I’ve got a friend that wants to help with the lack of wagons that we have at our events, however, we don’t know what class he should be in.

He has a bone stock 2018 Buick Regal TourX.

We found that the Regal is in GS, but he thinks that the TourX should be in a different class due to the added weight.

    Your help is appreciated!

    Marcel

SCCA classing rarely differentiates between body styles of the same car platform; I can’t think of a single example off the top of my head. So if the Regal is in GS it wouldn’t even fall to a “not otherwise classed (NOC)” designation that might otherwise land the car in the only slower class out there: HS.

Yep, the GS listing is “Regal (all)”, so it would include the TourX as well.
