We are always looking for new instructors. You don’t need to be a “hot shoe” to qualify as an instructor (but you do need to sit through a one hour online training course). The school is not about speed; it’s all about car control in emergency situations. Instructors ride along with students giving them feedback that reinforces the classroom lessons. If you’ve attended more than a couple autocross events, you likely know enough to be an effective instructor. Instructors are fed lunch and receive a snazzy “Tire Rack Street Survival Instructor” polo shirt. If you’re thinking about becoming an instructor, email or call me at 719-310-8281.
